ASP Sucks Customer Reviews and Feedback

From Everything.Sucks

Armament Systems and Procedures, Inc. (ASP, Inc.), is a US defensive compliance weapons manufacturer providing equipment to law enforcement and private security companies. ASP telescoping batons are widely used.

An upset former employee shared in a review: "After all the hard work for years and years you only get minimum wage, ASP doesn't treat they're employees good. In simple words its just a joke. There are tons of good companies out there to work with."

Tell the world why ASP sucks!

"I worked at Advanced Sterilization Products full-time for more than a year Cons: Very micromanaging, extremely high turnover, operations and manufacturing nightmare, incompetent management, hr team is clueless, senior management has no clue how to run a medical device company, from tech industry, not true medical device leaders, middle management are bullies and manage by fear, highly toxic culture that is thriving from J&J elitism, entitlement and white privilege, does not take care of the customer, only concerned about squeezing every last dollar from them, not innovative, competition has surpassed them on every level, service contracts are highway robbery, one new product in say 15 years is a total flop and unmarketable, lost major idn's due to entitlement and ego, zero opportunity for professional growth"

Former Employee - Sales Manager says

"I worked at Advanced Sterilization Products full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Unorganized, toxic middle management, local leadership is gossipy and toxic: local leaders spread business and rumors to other territory’s"

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I have been working at Advanced Sterilization Products full-time for less than a year Cons: Fortive "leaders" are morphing ASP into something it will never be. Since the acquisition, ASP's culture has deteriorated. Workload is heavy and the new regime is imposing unrealistic expectations. Little support from cross functional teams, which are new hires and unqualified for their positions. Anyone considering a position with a Fortive company, stay away! You'll be forced to become someone who you're not."

"I worked at Advanced Sterilization Products Cons: Lack of experienced managers with the right balance of soft and technical skills (first time I felt basically bullied and trashed by people who were supposed to be professional managers!). The group I was part of (finance) was more like a high school circle, if you weren’t part of it your career wouldn’t go anywhere."
